The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher. You will ensure students remain engaged and focused while managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

You’ll work with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to maintain a calm, positive, and productive learning environment. The role may also include supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) and additional learning needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to build classroom confidence and gain first‑hand experience within secondary education.
