The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring continuity of learning across the school.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Creating and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students to remain focused and engaged
• Building positive relationships with students and staff
• Providing additional support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required
• Maintaining high standards of behaviour and learning

This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain classroom management experience without the demands of lesson planning and marking.
