About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in the classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre‑set lesson plans and ensuring students stay engaged with their learning. You’ll be responsible for maintaining strong classroom behaviour, promoting a calm and productive learning environment, and supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

You may also work closely with students who require additional support, including those with special educational needs (SEN), helping them stay focused and succeed in lessons.
