Teaching Personnel is working with a secondary school in Farnborough that is seeking a confident, motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop essential classroom skills while exploring a long-term career in teaching.


The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support students across a range of subjects and year groups. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading classes during teacher absences
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
  • Ensuring pupils remain engaged, focused and on-task
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Creating a positive, supportive classroom environment
  • Gaining valuable experience ideal for future teacher training routes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
