Cover Supervisor – Farnborough – Immediate Start | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be an essential part of the school day, supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour and following school behaviour policies
  • Creating a focused, structured and engaging learning environment
  • Providing additional support for students with special educational or additional needs
  • Building positive, professional relationships with students

This role gives you the freedom to experience different subjects, year groups and teaching styles, helping you develop confidence and classroom management skills.
