Cover Supervisor – Andover – Immediate Start | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

Are you a recent graduate, aspiring teacher or unqualified teacher looking to build a career in education?
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic, confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Andover, with opportunities to start as soon as possible.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key part in supporting secondary schools by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Maintaining a focused and positive learning environment
  • Offering additional support to students with special educational or additional needs
  • Building strong relationships with students and acting as a positive role model

This is an ideal stepping stone into teacher training and gives you the opportunity to develop confidence, leadership and behaviour management skills.
