Cover Supervisor – Basingstoke – Immediate Start | Perfect for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

Teaching Personnel is looking for motivated, confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Basingstoke, with roles available to start as soon as possible.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support learning in KS3 and KS4 classrooms by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons during teacher absences
  • Managing student behaviour in line with school policies
  • Encouraging positive learning and keeping students engaged
  • Supporting young people with special educational or additional needs
  • Developing confidence, structure and consistency within the classroom

This is an excellent opportunity to build your teaching toolkit—gaining real experience in behaviour management, communication and classroom leadership.
