Cover Supervisor – Basingstoke – Immediate Start | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons during staff absences
  • Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
  • Maintaining a purposeful and supportive learning environment
  • Providing additional help to students with special educational needs where required
  • Building positive, professional relationships with students

This role gives you the chance to develop your confidence, leadership skills, and understanding of school life—without the responsibility of planning or marking.
