Cover Supervisor – Andover – Immediate Start | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

Are you a recent graduate, aspiring teacher or unqualified teacher looking to step into the world of education?
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking enthusiastic, confident individuals to join our growing team as Cover Supervisors in Andover, with opportunities to begin immediately.

Whether you’re exploring teaching as a long-term career, building experience before teacher training, or looking for flexible part-time or full-time work, this role offers the perfect entry point into the classroom.


The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies
  • Creating a calm, positive and productive learning environment
  • Supporting students with special educational or additional needs where needed
  • Building professional, supportive relationships with students

This role allows you to gain valuable classroom experience without the pressure of planning, marking or long-term responsibilities.
