Cover Supervisor – Basingstoke – Immediate Start | Perfect for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons set by subject teachers
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Ensuring students remain focused, engaged and on task
  • Providing additional support to learners with special educational or additional needs
  • Acting as a professional role model and building strong relationships with students
