Cover Supervisor – Alton – Immediate Start | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

Teaching Personnel is seeking confident, enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Alton, with opportunities available to start as soon as possible.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play an essential part in supporting secondary students across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons during staff absences
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Creating a calm, positive and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting students with special educational or additional needs
  • Building strong, professional relationships with young people

This is a great way to develop leadership and behaviour management skills while gaining invaluable school-based experience.
