A thriving co‑educational Secondary Academy in Havant is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone exploring a future in teaching or looking to build hands-on classroom experience.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Maintain a calm and productive learning environment
• Support students with a range of needs, including those with SEN

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with secondary-aged learners
• SEN experience or the ability to support additional needs
• Adaptable, confident, and positive classroom presence
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
