Cover Supervisor – Andover – Immediate Start | Perfect for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital part in supporting secondary schools by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Creating a calm, focused, and positive learning environment
  • Supporting students with special educational or additional needs where required
  • Building strong relationships and acting as a positive role model to young people

This is a highly rewarding role that allows you to gain hands-on teaching experience without the responsibility of planning or marking.
