Cover Supervisor – Tadley – Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools in Tadley, with opportunities to begin immediately.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4
  • Maintain a calm, focused and positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
  • Supervise classes across a range of subjects
  • Provide additional support to students with special educational needs or additional needs
  • Build strong relationships and encourage student engagement

This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain practical classroom experience before moving into teaching or further school‑based roles.


The Ideal Candidate

We’re keen to hear from individuals who:

  • Have experience working with secondary‑aged students (tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, classroom settings etc.)
  • Are confident, adaptable and comfortable leading groups
  • Can support learners with SEN or additional needs
  • Are strong communicators and able to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience and a genuine passion for supporting young people
  • Are considering a long‑term career in education

Graduates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply — no teaching qualification required.
