The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons during staff absences
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Keeping students engaged, motivated and on task
- Maintaining a calm, structured and productive learning environment
- Providing extra support to students with special educational or additional needs
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in secondary schools while developing classroom management and communication skills.
