Cover Supervisor – Andover – Immediate Start | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

Teaching Personnel is searching for enthusiastic, confident individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors in Andover, with opportunities available to start immediately.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 by:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons during staff absences
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Keeping students engaged, motivated and on task
  • Maintaining a calm, structured and productive learning environment
  • Providing extra support to students with special educational or additional needs

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in secondary schools while developing classroom management and communication skills.
