The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be a key part of the school day, helping maintain a positive learning environment across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students to stay engaged and focused
  • Assisting young people with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements
  • Promoting a supportive, safe and motivating atmosphere
