Cover Supervisor – Basingstoke
Immediate Start | Flexible, Part‑Time & Full‑Time Roles Available

The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring continuity of learning when teachers are absent. You’ll manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and create a positive, focused and engaging learning environment for students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
You may also support students with special educational needs (SEN), providing additional guidance to help them stay on track and achieve their potential.

The Ideal Candidate

- Have experience working with secondary‑aged students (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work)
- Are confident, adaptable, and resilient in a classroom environment
- Can support students with SEN or additional needs
- Possess strong communication skills and build positive relationships
- Show a genuine enthusiasm for supporting and inspiring young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
