Cover Supervisor – Fleet – Start ASAP

Are you a recent graduate or an aspiring teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience? Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools in Fleet who are seeking confident, enthusiastic, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join their teams immediately.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring learning continues effectively during teacher absences. Your daily duties will include:

  • Delivering pre-planned lessons in a range of subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour following school policies
  • Creating a calm, focused, and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing additional support to students with SEN or other learning needs
  • Building strong, positive relationships with students and staff

This role is varied, rewarding, and an excellent stepping stone into the education sector.


The Ideal Candidate

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience working with or supporting secondary-aged students
  • Confidence managing a classroom and adapting quickly
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • A genuine interest in supporting students with special educational needs
  • Enthusiasm for helping young people succeed academically and personally

Graduates from any discipline and unqualified teachers are encouraged to apply. Training and ongoing support are provided.
