Teaching Personnel are working with secondary schools in Farnborough who are seeking confident, enthusiastic and motivated Cover Supervisors to begin ASAP.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the teacher. You will deliver pre‑planned lessons, maintain a positive learning environment and support students in staying focused and engaged.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Supervising lessons across different subjects
  • Managing classroom behaviour using clear and consistent expectations
  • Supporting pupils with their set work and offering guidance
  • Ensuring learning continues smoothly in the teacher’s absence
  • Acting as a positive, professional role model for students aged 11–16

No planning or marking is required — making this an ideal entry route into teaching.
