A co‑educational Secondary Academy located in Havant is looking for a passionate and flexible Cover Supervisor join their dedicated team!
This opportunity is ideal for educator’s who want to gain valuable classroom experience or are considering a future in teaching!
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. The role may include providing additional support to students with special educational / additional needs.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with secondary aged students
- SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
- Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
Working Hours / Benefits
- Part Time / Flexible working options available on a supply Ad Hoc basis, with the option to move over to full time
- Term-Time Only
- 12.07% Holiday Pay
