Phonics TA

Phonics TA required, Manchester Primary School, Rusholme (M14)

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a client school in the Rusholme area of Manchester (M14) to recruit a TA to join their lovely year 2 class. This position will be on a part time basis, working 4 days a week, Monday - Thursday. It will begin on Monday 6th September 2021 and continue for the remainder of the academic year.

•            GBP65-GBP70 per day

•            Phonics TA required

Prior experience working with primary aged children is beneficial, as the successful candidate will be expected to deliver smaller group sessions, as well as general classroom support. These focus sessions of around 4-5 pupils will be utilised to provide additional support for phonics. Therefore, knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and experience of using phonics and schemes such as ‘Jolly Phonics’ is essential to this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
