Part time Science teacher - Doncaster
Are you an experienced Science teaching looking for a part time position in September? Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a large secondary school in Doncaster for a vacancy in the new academic year, they require a Science teacher three days per week on a temporary basis until February 2019 in the first instance.

- 6 timetable (KS3 all Sciences) and your specialism to Year 10/11 classes
In the first instance, this is a temporary post for a part time Science teacher from September until February half term 2019. The school is much larger than average with roughly 1300 pupils on roll, with that number set to rise again in the new academic year. Leadership have improved the overall output of school in the last 18 months, behaviour improved to "good" during an Ofsted inspection and the progress 8 school is now above the national average for a school of this size. The Science department has a large and committed team of practitioners, with 2 lab technicians providing support for practical's and ensuring equipment is well stocked and up to date.
The requirement for a part time Science teacher will involve covering maternity leave until February 2019 (in the first instance), teaching 3 days per week. Ideally the incoming Science teacher will have vast experience teaching their specialism to GCSE, the timetable will require you to teach all Sciences at KS3 and your chosen specialist area to a specific Year 10 class. Full support will be given to you by the Head of Science and peer teachers, with the school holding regular CPD and training opportunities for personal development.
