Part time SAT's Intervention teacher, Openshaw, Manchester (M11)

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a client primary school located in the Openshaw area of Manchester (M11) who is seeking a SATs Intervention teacher. As a SATs intervention teacher, you will be providing extra support to pupils in year 5 and 6, who are working at a standard lower than the nation average in English and Maths. The successful candidate will have experience planning and delivering structured Numeracy and Literacy interventions in order to raise attainment in core subject areas.

This role will start ASAP and will run until the end of the summer term. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management techniques and will be able to work with flexibility.

The Role:

• Part time SAT's intervention teacher required in Manchester (M11)
• Providing additional support to year 5 and 6 pupils to help raise attainment in Literacy and Numeracy
• Previous experience planning and delivering KS2 Numeracy and Literacy interventions in line with the National Curriculum
