Pay Rate: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive early years setting based in the heart of Speke. This well-established nursery is deeply connected to its local community and provides a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. The setting is committed to delivering high-quality early education through a play-based approach that supports each child’s individual learning journey in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s development through engaging, age-appropriate activities and structured routines. You will be responsible for observing and assessing children’s progress, planning and delivering learning opportunities that promote curiosity, independence, and well-being. Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues are essential to the role.

The ideal candidate:

• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (can be done through Teaching Personnel’s CPD Courses
• Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Show a warm, patient, and professional approach to supporting young children
