EYFS Practitioner – Immediate Start

Location: Atherton, M46
Pay Rate: £89.44 - £100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Part-Time & Ad-Hoc Opportunities Available

A nurturing and community-focused day nursery in the M46 area is seeking EYFS Practitioners to join their team from September 2025. This setting provides a warm, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow through play-based experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

This is an excellent opportunity for early years professionals looking to make a real impact on children’s development in a supportive and well-resourced setting. Both long-term and flexible/day-to-day positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observe and monitor children’s development, contributing to ongoing assessment and planning.
• Work collaboratively with staff and families to support every child’s unique journey.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with children in an EYFS setting (employment or placement-based).
• A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its practical application.
• Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
