We have multiple roles available at the Nursery for qualified Senior Nursery Nurses in Wisbech. You must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Early Years, an excellent understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding and Key Worker Systems.
Person SpecificationYou must be qualified to NVQ3 or equivalent standard.You have a genuine interest in working with children.
Knowledge of key worker systems and record keeping You are keen and committed to your continual professional development (CPD)You will take a flexible attitude to your work.
You are observant and thorough.
You understand customer service and can make sound judgement.
You are efficient and use discretion
You take honesty and integrity seriously
You understand the requirements of respect and professionalism
You have good time management and know how to multitask
You understand and follow safety rules (awareness of risk assessment)
You understand health and safety regulations Knowledge of the EYFS and child development, Basic food Hygiene, Safe Guarding training
