NQT's required in Stockton-On-Tees this September

Teaching Personnel are working closely with several schools in Stockton-On-Tees who are looking to recruit NQT's to start in September. Both full time and part time positions are available, teaching both KS1 and KS2 classes. The schools will put you through your NQT year and these positions do have the potential to go permanent if the right candidate is found.

The successful candidate will have the support of their own personal recruitment consultant to secure them work and ensure they are happily placed in their desired role. Teaching Personnel also provide excellent training programmes in order to further support our teachers. We work in partnership with a variety of leading, nationally recognised CPD providers, such as National Association of SEN, National Autistic Society, Rush Miskin, Team Teach, Educare, Creative Education and Hexham Newcastle Diocese with additional local school partners. These partners deliver an extensive range of career developing opportunities to you, covering areas such as; Child Protection in Education, Prevent Duty, an accredited Holistic Approach to Behaviour Management, Understanding and Supporting Children and Adults on the Autism Spectrum, An Introduction to Special Educational Needs and Disability, Effective Adult Learning Support, Implications for Challenging Behaviour, Meeting the Emotional, Social and Mental Health Needs of Children and Young People, Differentiation, Data Handling, Assessment for Learning, Planning for Progression, Read Write Inc. and Safeguarding. In addition to this we work alongside many leaders of education and have our own ex-head teacher that provides candidates with bespoke, high-quality training. The CPD on offer will assist with your personal and career development, making you a highly sought after candidate.
