Have you not found a permanent placement and are looking to get back in schools?
Working in Partnership with Secondary schools across South Wales for over 20 years here at Teaching Personnel we have been asked to provide schools with a suitable pool of candidates to support with the new academic year. We understand that for a number of NQT’s you be about to finish your Teaching qualification and feel the need to get some more in school experience. Working in a number of schools will sharpen your skills and give you more experience with different abilities and behaviours.
Teaching Personnel and our partner schools recognise that gaining more experience after your PGCE will shape you into a more well-rounded Teacher as you head into a successful Teaching career. This is why we have teamed up to provide invaluable training that can be completed online and make you feel as prepared as possible to support schools in a practical sense. As a passionate Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) we want to get you placed for September with one of our many schools and this is a great way to support that. Our behaviour management course running throughout the summer will give you the confidence to deescalate situations as they escalate. Teaching Personnel can offer:
- NQT Pool Training – Teach Teach behaviour management course, Child protection- Safeguarding Level 2 course amongst others
- Positions: Day to day positions and Long Term positions available throughout he academic year
- Local Schools – We can work within an area that works for you
- Pay Rates: Competitive Rates of Pay for all NQT’s inline with govt. framework starting at £157 per day
- Designated consultant to support your registration
We are looking for NQT’s with the drive and ambition to enhance pupil learning in an affective, inspirational and creative manner. Schools are looking for the next generation of Teachers to unlocks potential and abilities of the learners that may have never been discovered previously.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
