Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently in search of a number of Newly Qualified Teachers to join the newly formed NQT Pool. What is the NQT pool …..

The local authority traditionally had a pool of Newly Qualified Teachers that schools can access in order to finding a teacher for the new academic year, as a result of the current climate this is no longer an option and therefore Teaching Personnel have adopted the process in order to fill the void and support both NQTs and schools in regards to workforce planning in September 2020.
