Opportunity for Newly Qualified Teachers to access thousands of potential employers and receive additional CPD!
I am eager to speak with Newly-Qualified Teachers across various subject specialisms, who have just completed their ITT or PGCE and did not have the opportunity to complete their final placement. We recognise this can be a daunting factor to face and overcome into a new role for September, therefore, have launched our NQT pool of training to support you through this period to be up-skilled and ready for September.
I work closely with Secondary Schools in the Luton and Bedfordshire area who are supportive and are on hand to work collaboratively with us to support you.
To support Newly Qualified Teachers, Teaching Personnel has launched its NQT Pool. Our 350+ Recruitment Consultants across England and Wales are ready and eager to help you find your first teaching role for September! The NQT Pool helps Newly Qualified teachers had their final year disrupted to source their first teaching job whilst also offering additional benefits in their job search.
Whilst enrolled with the NQT pool you will have access to NQT vacancies across the UK while also being offered free CPD and support to build a profile of your skills and abilities before promoting you to our thousands of client schools. What’s more, when we secure you a job, we will provide you with additional professional development support to help you succeed as you enter the teaching profession.

Additional Support Available
When you join Teaching Personnel’s NQT Pool you will receive free access to six online support packs provided by our sister company Best Practice Network. Each pack contains six hours of content aligned to both the Teacher Standards and Early Career Framework and are designed to support the practice of Teachers.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
