We are seeking a talented MFL Teacher to join an Ofsted 'Good' secondary school in the heart of Dukinfield. Through the esteemed agency, Teaching Personnel, you'll embark on a full-time role starting after Easter, with the potential for permanency based on performance.

The Role:

As an MFL Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to inspire students and instill in them a deep appreciation for languages and cultures. Your responsibilities will include:

Curriculum Delivery: Designing and delivering dynamic MFL lessons that foster proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in languages such as French, German, or Spanish. Differentiation: Tailoring teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles, ensuring all students have the opportunity to excel. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their language acquisition journey. Cultural Enrichment: Introducing students to the richness and diversity of the target language's culture through authentic materials, activities, and experiences. Collaboration: Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote cross-curricular links and integrate language learning into broader themes and projects. Extra-Curricular Engagement: Organizing and participating in extracurricular activities such as language clubs, cultural exchanges, and international trips to enhance students' language skills and cultural awareness. Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Specialism in one or more modern foreign languages (French, German, Spanish, etc.). Passion for language teaching and a creative approach to pedagogy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Benefits:
