Maths Tutor

TP-Tutors is seeking skilled and passionate Maths Tutors in Hull to provide tailored one-to-one tuition. You’ll help learners across key stages—from primary through secondary—improve their maths skills, build confidence, and achieve nationally recognised qualifications.

About TP-Tutors:
With over 20 years’ experience in education recruitment, we partner with schools and alternative provisions to deliver impactful, flexible tutoring.

What We Offer:

• £25–30 per hour (PAYE)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced tutor or teacher with strong maths skills

• Confident delivering personalised maths tuition across primary and secondary key stages

• Comfortable working 1:1, including with SEND/SEMH learners

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Up-to-date safeguarding training

• Two professional references covering the last 24 months of employment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
