A secondary school in Totton are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher on a part time contract from Easter 2019. The Maths Teacher must have previous experience teaching Maths in mainstream education to pupils in KS3/4. Maths Teacher applicants must have previously delivered effective and engaging lessons to secondary aged pupils. The Maths Teacher will be joining a well-resourced department with an abundance of schemes of work and support to ensure teaching staff excel to their maximum teaching potential.

The school is a mixed comprehensive school which cater for students between the ages of 11-16 years old. The school is truly committed to ensuring that all students leave at the end of Year 11 with a broad range of highly respected academic and vocational qualifications, are 'well rounded' and knowledgeable in their view of life and inspirational for themselves in the careers they choose to follow.

This role would be a 0.6 timetable, working on Tuesday-Thursday, on a initial fixed term contract until the end of the academic year, with the view to be extended into a permanent position for the next academic year.
