A new opportunity at an Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school, joining the Maths department and supporting pupils aged 11-16.
- Full-time Maths teacher.
- Required from September 2020.
- Secondary school in Bolton.
- Paid to teaching scale (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490)
Our client secondary school are looking to recruit a Maths teacher for the new academic year due to a restructure within the department.
The incoming Maths teacher will be expected to teach a full timetable across Key Stage 3 and GCSE alongside taking on full planning and marking responsibilities. The successful teacher must be confident in delivering differentiated Maths lessons to pupils of varying levels of learning ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting both relevant classwork and homework tasks for pupils at varying levels of learning ability.
The school is located close by to Bolton town centre and can be accessed via the M61 and A58 from surrounding areas such as Bury, Worsley and Salford. For candidates without their own transport, the school can also be accessed via public transport from neighbouring areas of Bolton.
To be considered for this position, the incoming teacher must have QTS and a subject specialism within Maths.
