About the School
This school is looking for an eager new maths teacher to join their growing staff. This school aims to put young people in charge of their own futures as engaged and responsible citizens. They aim to maintain high quality of education through innovative teaching and strong and accountable leadership. This school looks to help children of all levels and ages to ensure every student has the same opportunities with expecting and supporting staff.
The school are proud of their student's excellence in academic endeavours, but also in performing arts, sports and other extra-curricular activities. They encourage all students to pursue their interests and talents so they can achieve success where ever they would want to.
About the role
Maths Teacher
Ages 11-16 (KS3-5)
5 days a week
Temporary role with the possibility to take a permanent role
Creating inspiring and exciting lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Teachers will be expected to help those who struggle and raise attainment
There will be an expectation to create lesson plans and mark the student's work.
Location
The school is accessible via Ealing Common underground (15 minute walk).
Requirements
A UK recognised teaching qualification (BA QTS, BSc QTS, CERT ED, PGCE)
Experience teaching maths at secondary school (from KS3-KS4)
Expect a enthusiastic and hardworking attitude
