Maths Teacher Needed – Secondary School in Bolton

Start Date: After the Easter Holidays 2025
Location: Bolton
Contract: Full-time, Permanent or Long-term Supply
Salary: MPS/UPS (£31,650 - £49,084)

We are seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Bolton after the Easter break. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to students aged 11-16.

This position involves teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths, with the potential to teach A-Level for the right candidate. You will be responsible for planning and delivering challenging and interactive lessons, assessing and tracking student progress, and providing targeted support where needed. The successful candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative Maths department that values innovation and student engagement.

We are looking for a qualified Maths Teacher (QTS) or an ECT who is eager to inspire students and raise attainment levels. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. A passion for Mathematics and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a range of learning needs is essential.
