Level 3 Teaching Assistant

A primary school in Farnworth, Bolton are looking for an experienced Classroom based Teaching Assistant who has high aspirations and the ability to inspire and motivate young children. The Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school offer a committed and caring staff team who provide high-quality education alongside a strong leader ship team with a moral purpose of striving for the best outcomes for all pupils in a caring and nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing and is committed to raising standards. Good knowledge of the Read Write Inc. phonics scheme would be ideal as you will be required to deliver small phonics and reading interventions. Although behaviour is outstanding at this school, good behaviour management skills would be advantageous in order to keep the expected standard of behaviour throughout school.
