Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for schools across Canterbury, with both short-term and long-term opportunities available.

The Role

• Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Delivering pre-set lesson work
• Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting students with their learning
• Working across a range of subjects and year groups

• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
• Strong classroom management skills
• A confident and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and adaptable individuals
• A genuine interest in supporting students and education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
