Learning Support Assistant - Sherborne

Job description

I am seeking a Teaching Assistant to work Full Time role in a Pupil Referral Unit. The school caters for students aged 10-16 who have a mixture of needs including Severe and Moderate Learning difficulties, Autism and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.


The successful candidate will be required to work 08:30 - 15:30 (some days may require a 16:00 finish). Teaching Personnel are seeking people for this role who are willing to work as soon as possible and who are going to get stuck in and willing to assist the pupils with these life skills.

Experience is necessary, a good understanding of SEN, along with a nurturing attitude is essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
