If you are a Nursing student, a Psychology student, graduate, an experienced learning support assistant (LSA) or a special educational needs teaching assistant (SEN TA) specifically with Autism, Global Delay, ADHD or Complex Needs this could be the perfect role for you!

The successful LSA:

  • Is dedicated, inspiring and engaging.
  • Is confident and able to work across all age groups across the school.
  • Monitors pupils' development through effective quality marking.
  • Is committed to ensuring pupils make good sustained progress and encourage pupils to reach their full potential through engaging and stimulating teaching.
  • Will be experienced working with pupils with autism and additional SEND on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
  • Will have an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS through Career Teachers.
  • Can provide references covering the last 2 years.

To be considered for this position you must:

* Have the right to work in the UK

* Have 1:1 SEND experience

* Provide 2 years' worth of reference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
