SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – £13.75/hr – Term Time Only

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have experience working in schools or childcare settings? If so, we want to hear from you!

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements, with many opportunities leading to permanent contracts. Positions are available from September or sooner.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a school or childcare environment

  • Professional or personal experience supporting children with additional needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, non-verbal pupils, SEMH)

  • A genuine passion for supporting SEND pupils in their learning and development

  • Minimum pass grades in GCSE Maths and English

  • A DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
