Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School – Daventry

Do you believe that every young person deserves the right support to succeed? We’re on the lookout for a caring, committed, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team in a vibrant Daventry secondary school.
This role is all about empowering students with additional learning needs—helping them overcome barriers, build confidence, and flourish both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with individual students and small groups, providing tailored support and building strong, positive relationships.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
