Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Lead. Support. Inspire.

Your Role

• Lead small group and whole-class learning when needed

• Support students who need extra help — academically and emotionally

• Be a learning champion, mentor, and team ally

You’ll Need

• HLTA qualification (or working towards it)

• Prior experience in schools or youth settings

• Confidence leading learning with care and creativity
