Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Lead. Support. Inspire.
Location: Daventry
Hours: Full-time
Start: September 2025

Your Role

Lead small group and whole-class learning when needed

Support students who need extra help — academically and emotionally

Be a learning champion, mentor, and team ally
You’ll Need

HLTA qualification (or working towards it)

Prior experience in schools or youth settings

Confidence leading learning with care and creativity

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
