Some students don’t just need support — they need you. Someone who sees their potential even when they can’t. Someone who understands that progress doesn’t always look like perfect grades.

Your Day Might Include:
-
One-to-one support for students with additional needs
-
Helping students build confidence in learning and social settings
-
Working with teachers and families to keep students on track
What Helps You Shine
-
A background in education, care, or youth support
-
Patience, reliability, and a good sense of humour
-
A belief that every step forward is worth celebrating
