Learning Support Assistant – Daventry

Location: Daventry
Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 (FTE) depending on experience
Contract Type: Full-time / Term-time only
Start Date: September 2025

Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives?
We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and welcoming team in a thriving school in Daventry.

As an LSA, you will work closely with individual pupils or small groups, supporting those with additional learning needs. Your support will be key in helping students build confidence, overcome barriers, and make real progress – academically and emotionally.

What we’re looking for:

  • A caring and patient individual, with a genuine desire to support children’s development.

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
