Local Schools | SEN & SEMH Support | Full-time & Part-time

We are looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs in local schools near you! ❤️

No matter if your background is in the care industry, as a sports coach, freshly graduated with a psychology degree looking to put it to good use, or if you’ve never worked with children before — we have the perfect role for you!

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional, or social challenges

  • Build strong relationships that foster trust and respect

  • De-escalate incidents calmly and confidently ‍♂️

  • Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies and support plans

  • Act as a role model, coach, and steady presence in a young person’s day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
