Learning Support Assistant
Local Schools | SEN & SEMH Support | Full-time & Part-time

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional, or social challenges

Build strong relationships that foster trust and respect

De-escalate incidents calmly and confidently ♂️

Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies and support plans

Act as a role model, coach, and steady presence in a young person’s day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
