Are you interested in supporting within the classroom as a Languages Assistant?
A secondary school located in the central Manchester area is looking for a Languages Assistant who can support students on a part time basis in their language’s lessons. The successful foreign language speaking specialist will be providing intervention and support with speaking aspects of the curriculum as well as reading and writing. If you are confident with French, Spanish or German speaking then you will be highly desirable to this secondary school.
There are options for part time work consisting of 3 – 4 days per week or for specific hours each day depending on the availability of the successful applicant. Any experience of supporting as a tutor or in a similar capacity within a school is highly desirable but not essential.
Applications are being encouraged from graduates of any background as long as proficient and confident with their language. This role would be highly suitable for a confident and academic graduate or an individual looking to progress into a career within the education sector.

As this secondary school is located in the central Manchester area near to Longsight, Levenshulme, Burnage and Fallowfield it is very easy to commute via the A57 or public transport from the city centre. The school is set in a very pleasant residential area with plenty of parking as well as a secured on site car park.
