I am currently looking to recruit a Primary Teacher to work at a fantastic SEN Primary school in Scarborough. My client’s aims are to nurture and support every student so they can grow and have the education that will prepare them for the next step in their lives. This position is highly rewarding and for the right person it provides a fantastic opportunity for personal and professional career development.
The facility is a specialist school and is “Ofsted rated Good”, it covers a variety of ages from ages 4 to 16 and it covers a wide range SEN of needs including ACS, SEMH, MLD, SLD and speech and Language difficulties.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelor of Education/ PGCE/ or equivalent teaching degree in Primary
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching KS1 or KS2
- Plan effectively for classes of all abilities
- Worked previously with SEN
