Are you an experienced KS1 teacher? Do you have a good understanding of phonics and the year 1 curriculum? Are you looking to develop within an established school, which aims to support staff in all their further development?

If so a Good primary school located in the WA5 area of Warrington are looking to appoint a teacher to work as part of a strong supportive KS1 team, to cover a maternity leave starting from Easter.

A successful candidate should:

  • Have a strong subject knowledge of the KS1 curriculum
  • Be able to demonstrate good or outstanding practice ensuring that all pupils are able to progress
  • Have a proven track record of raising attainment
  • Have a strong knowledge of phonics
  • Have effective behaviour management techniques and have a strong classroom presence
  • Be able to differentiate activities to ensure that the learning needs of all pupils are met

The class is a mixed ability class and is looking for an established teacher to help them reach their full potential.
