Salary: £95 – £130 per day

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key part in supporting students aged 11–16 by:

• Supervising classes during teacher absences
• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting students with additional needs, including SEN learners
• Ensuring a positive, productive learning environment

This role is ideal for individuals who want to build experience in schools and explore a future teaching pathway.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with secondary-aged learners
• Confidence managing groups of students
• Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
• A calm, adaptable approach to classroom settings
• Experience or interest in supporting students with SEN
